Here are the steps you can do for your WordPress installation:
Login to your hosting cpanel.
You can choose WordPress installation via Fantastico menu.
Then select the WordPress Blogs section.
Installation options are displayed on the right. Please click on the link New Installation. Description of disk space is required on the hard-disk capacity required for WordPress and disk space available is the capacity of available hard-disk. Make sure that available capacity is sufficient.
Then you will be asked to fill in the data as follows:

    Select the domain to be used, or use the default only.
    Directory where WordPress will be installed, for example: wp. So, your weblog will be accessed with the address http://www.namadomain-anda.com/wp. For this field can be left blank.
    Admin access, used for the management of WordPress admin login. Specify the username and password.
    Later in the Base Configuration, fill in the nickname Admin, Admin email, Web site name and description.
    In the email configuration, fill in your cpanel username and password.
    Click the Install button WordPress.
Later in the installation confirmation page, click Finish Installation button. After that you can click HOME to return to the front page of your cpanel.
Installation has been completed, please refer to the results of your installation through your website address, for example: http://www.namadomain-anda.com/wp. wp is where WordPress is installed as you fill in the previous step installation configuration. Then you can proceed to configure your weblog. The trick is to login as admin.
Open a new web browser, enter your website address added to the name of the directory where WordPress is installed, and add the wp-admin directory. The composition of the address is as follows: http://www.namadomain-anda.com/wp/wp-admin. Please enter your username and password for the Admin.
Weblog you are still using the default theme of WordPress, of course, you want something different, you can see the collections on the website http://themes.wordpress.net/ WordPress themes.
If you have the choice to a specific theme, please click download to save these themes to your computer. Then follow the steps below to begin installing your new theme.
Return to your cpanel, please click on the File Manager. After that will come new pop-up window that displays the directory tree on your hosting.
You will upload the file you downloaded earlier theme in the folder public_html / wp / wp-content / themes. To get into the public_html directory please click the icon display a yellow box. And so on to go to the directory wp, wp-content and themes.

Click on the arrow to the top colored black to upload them in the folder, the folder themes.
Then click on browse to select themes that will be uploaded the file and click the Upload button.
Once the upload is complete it will display a notification as shown.
And the file that you upload will be displayed in the directory structure.
Because the theme file you just uploaded in compressed form. Zip, then click on the file name of your new theme, to decompress process.
And on the right side menu will appear like the picture, please select Extract File Contents.
This will bring up a new pop-up window that displays detailed processes decompress. Please pop-up window is closed.
Click the link themes to refresh the directory tree view latest. The process of uploading the new theme you have finished, please return to your weblog with a still in the Admin.
On the dashboard of your WordPress weblog, please click the Presentation menu. Should the current theme is the default theme of WordPress, and underneath there is available themes, one of which is the theme you just uploaded. Please click on your new theme.
To see the installation of your new theme, please click the View menu Site.
